Senior Fitness for Abs

While I try to accept my aging body, the post menopausal tummy, drives me crazy. I know I eat too much, but I'm going to try these ab exercises from FitnessDiet.Info. I actually like crunches, so I'll let you know if it works.

As we age it becomes more difficult for our bodies to change, it's not impossible, just a bit more challenging then when we were in our 20's. While crunches will certainly help you, they are not the total answer, 80% of what we put in our bodies will show up on our bodies. A clean diet, free of additives and hormones are the best way to go.
